My recent stay at Hotel Crossman was fantastic! The room was spacious and immaculately clean. The location was perfect, just a short walk to all the main attractions. The staff, especially Willman at the reception, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable, and the daily room cleaning service was a nice touch. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the occasional absence of staff at the reception and the loud AC, I had a great experience overall. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Puerto Ayora.

The hostel is perfectly located close to the pier, restaurants, bars, and shops. Plus, it takes only a few minutes to get to the Tortuga Bay. The comfort of the beds and the immaculate cleanliness of the rooms exceeded expectations. the service was top-notch, and the staff was willing to help in any circumstance. Plus, the accommodations provided fresh sheets, towels, and blankets.
The water often took a while to get hot in the shower.

This hotel is super close to everything! Its location just off the central area makes it a convenient base for exploring the Galapagos Islands. You can easily walk to the pier where you can take boat trips to nearby islands, and there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The staff is attentive and the rooms are clean and comfortable, with twin beds instead of bunk beds. They also offer a nice breakfast to start your day.
No major issues, everything was just fine.

This hotel is a hidden gem! its location is perfect - close to everything you need, yet far enough away to avoid any city center noise. You can easily walk to the pier for amazing boat trips to nearby islands, and it's a quick stroll to other hostels in the area. Secondly, the staff here are incredibly helpful and attentive. They go out of their way to ensure you have a great stay, like checking that taxis aren't overcharging and offering to store your bags. Lastly, the rooms are comfortable and spacious, with twin beds instead of bunk beds - a rare find in budget accommodations.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main boulevard and pier, where you can find plenty of restaurants and tour agencies. It takes only a minute or two to walk to these areas, making it a perfect base for explorers. the hotel offers complimentary access to a water dispenser, which is a thoughtful addition. Another advantage we enjoyed was the friendly and accommodating staff who contributed to a comfortable stay.
The reception desk is frequently empty, which may cause some inconvenience. the cleaning can be improved as we discovered a fly in our room during our stay.

The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and great natural lighting. The location was perfect, just a short walk to a pier and a big supermarket. We also enjoyed the lively "fresh-fish-street" that was only two minutes away. the kitchen had all the necessary amenities for a nice Thanksgiving meal.
The overall experience was dampened by the presence of drain flies in the shower. While we understand that this is common in some places, it was still an unpleasant surprise.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, offering advice and even letting us store our bags after check-out. The location was fantastic - close to restaurants, bars, and the pier, while also being quiet and peaceful. The hotel was very clean and had great facilities, including a communal kitchen and free drinking water. The rooms were large and comfortable, with air conditioning to combat the heat.
Not obvious to find.
